Martin Billings heads to Venezuela to locate a friend’s business partner. The man has slipped off the radar and a lot of people want to find him. It’s easy enough to locate the man’s wife, vacationing on Margarita, but she knows nothing of the man’s whereabouts and cares even less. Several people do care where he is, however, including an ex British spy, named Simon, organized crime, and a mysterious foreign woman.
