A new algorithm for developing multiobjective models with utility function in fuzzy environment for distribution centers location problemA new algorithm for developing multiobjective models with utility function in fuzzy environment for distribution centers location problemABSTRACTSince now, cost, distance, time, and other objective data have played an important role in location theory as objective functions in the location models. However, they are not sufficient in facing with real world. One of the most important parameter in order to make applicable models is considering qualitative aspects which are called subjective data and they have not been considered seriously. As decision makers’ opinions are one of the most effective subjective data in the location decision, it will be a significant issue to present new models which are considering decision makers’ opinions. In this paper, we present a two-phase algorithm which is able to quantify decision makers’ opinions via fuzzy theory in first phase and construct a multi-objective model by inserting the quantified opinions in a basic distribution centre location model and solve it with LP-metric method in second phase. Finally, a numerical example is expressed for illustration of the proposed method. Also, five more numerical examples are created in order to give more details.KEYWORDS: Distribution centers location problem, multi-objective decision making (MODM), fuzzy AHP. Views: 741

Things are starting to look up for October "Toby" Daye. She's training her squire, doing her job, and has finally allowed herself to grow closer to the local King of Cats. It seems like her life may finally be settling down...at least until dead changelings start appearing in the alleys of San Francisco, killed by an overdose of goblin fruit.
Toby's efforts to take the problem to the Queen of the Mists are met with harsh reprisals, leaving her under sentence of exile from her home and everyone she loves. Now Toby must find a way to reverse the Queens decree, get the goblin fruit off the streets--and, oh, yes, save her own life, since more than a few of her problems have once again followed her home. And then there's the question of the Queen herself, who seems increasingly unlikely to have a valid claim to the throne....
To find the answers, October and her friends will have to travel from the legendary Library of Stars into the hidden depths of the Kingdom of the Mists--and they'll have to do it fast, because time is running out. In faerie, some fates are worse than death.

A man who is fishing reflects on his life from the darkest corners of his mind.Once upon a time I was fishing away when a man appeared across the creek from me. He sat down on a large rock holding an acoustic guitar. Yes sir! Yes sir! He was wearing all black with a fedora, silver chains around his wrists, his mouth was stretched in a large wide smile that went from ear to ear. A white tie hung down to his waist with gold buttons in the middle. Not a single word was spoken between us and we did not even acknowledged that the other person was there. Something was odd about this man. Yes sir! Yes sir! Butterflies seem to be flying around his head as if they were being pulled in by his gravity. He was an eerie man. I do not even think my twisted mind could make him up. His presence wasn't erotic, but it was a sick pleasure. Views: 741

Democracy, in this illustration, and in truth stands not as a form of government 'by for and of the people' rather a Plutocracy of wealth and power, defined along racial lines and furthering the interests of the citizenry only as happenstance as may benefit the long term interests of the ruling elite. The Citadel of the Almighty is, for all intents and purposes, the center of the world. Not only does it lie in the borderlands between the realms of the Skanda and the Arganian people, an oasis in an unhospitable river basin, it is also the holiest of holies, the sacred home of the United Church. Once already, war started here. If the world is to change again, here is where that change will begin.A washerwoman, unbeliever in the holiest place in the world. A soldier, rising through the ranks of the Church Guard. A troubadour, free spirit in a world of dogma. One of these is the voice that will write a new chapter in history.Introduction to the series. This short book is a book of poems that my family and wrote together. (I wrote them all but one. It was written by my eleven year old son. We hope you enjoy them.Delbert Gray was an amateur photographer with a hunger for fame. The camera Delbert used was a cheap Kodak instamatic. You can see why Delbert dreamed of owning a Nikon like his rich friend Michael. Michael would let his friend Delbert develop his pictures in his dark room while he was developing his own. Delbert really envied Michael's photographs and would often close his eyes and day dream about being a famous photographer some day. As Delbert was walking around the town square he came across an Antique shop that had an old bellows camera in the display window. Delbert said to himself, "If I could just have that camera I bet it would take better pictures than Michael's." Delbert slumped over with tears again flowing down his cheeks knowing in reality there was no way he could afford such a beautiful camera. Just as Delbert was walking past the Antique shop, an old man opened the door and came up to Delbert and said, "I noticed you were looking at that old camera in the window as if it belonged to you." Delbert answered, "Yes, Sir, I was only wishing. I knew in my heart I could not afford such a beautiful camera. Besides, I don't even have a job or any money to give you and my father told me the only way I could buy a new camera was to get a job next year. By that time your camera would be gone and I would be heartbroken once more. Well I better be on my way, because if I don't get home soon my dad is going to whoop me.""Not so fast!” the old man said in a tender voice. I've never had anyone come by my shop and want any of my antiques like you have. I tell you what if you really want the camera it’s yours to keep. Don't worry about the money your money is no good to me. There's only one condition. Bring me a copy of the photos you take. I have a scrap book that I would like to place them in. That's all I ask of you. What do you say?" Delbert should have known something was up when the old man that sells antiques for a living doesn't give his antiques away for free. Why all of a sudden should the old man give him a rare valuable camera only one in existence to a young boy. There is something very wrong with this picture. You'll want to read on and on to find out. Views: 741
