A Fine Mess

When Annie Blake discovers a terrible secret, she must decide how far she is willing to go to protect those she loves. Surprisingly, Ian McCann proves to be more help than she ever imagined, but complicates her life even more so than it already is. What will happen when the two forge a marriage of convenience? One that defies every Christian belief that Annie holds dear?About the AuthorIt was during the course of a 9th grade creative writing class that I was struck by the writing bug. I'd only signed up for it because I wanted to be an editor on the school paper. Mostly because I'd hoped might give me the opportunity to interview the good looking student teacher in my drama class. I actually did get to do that interview, only I was so nervous I could hardly open my mouth! As an adult I realize he probably knew I had a crush on him... Anyway, thanks to the encouragement of another student teacher, Linda Marks, this one in the writing class I mentioned, I'm sitting here today. She instilled a love of creating stories that has given me great pleasure for most of my life. I'd always enjoyed reading, and still do. But there's just something so amazing about breathing life into characters. About creating a world where I control everything that happens. Usually. Sometimes it seems like the characters take over if they don't like where I'm going with the story though. Yeah, weird... But now I want to share them, and their stories, with you. And hope that you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them.
