Adrian Reilly is a loyal American who has dedicated his life to serving his country and the Army he was proud to represent. This loyalty is soon put to the test when he is discharged because of a mission that went very wrong and the accusations he made as to why it failed. Reilly is called back when the truth comes out and he is asked to prove that CIA agent Charlie O'Donnell is running a ring that was responsible for the death of his team members. Adrian has a tight group of people who believe in him and together they set out to right the wrongs. Along the way he meets and falls in love with Daniela, the daughter of a man who served with him. Mariner is an evil man who will stop at nothing to win. Adrian and Dani face life threatening situations before they are both nearly killed by Mariner. Contingencies by Nadine Dandorf takes suspense to a brand new level. I was on the edge of my seat, unable to put the book down until I got to the very last page. The suspense, adventure and intrigue of Contingencies easily make this a must-read book. Nadine Dandorf is an excellent writer who knows how to create characters that seem real and a plot that is terrific. I truly believe that Contingencies would make an award winning movie and I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed reading this book. I urge you to read it at your earliest convenience.
