  This morning though, I am not inclined to wait, and I want to start with her tits, which seem to be changing somehow. She says I’m crazy and they are the same as they ever were. But I am a Kimbella tits connoisseur, and I say they are a bit bigger.

  Sliding my hand against her warm body, I slowly move them up the inside of her shirt toward my bullseye. I know she is awake when she moans and pushes back against my raging hard-on.

  “Mmmmm...good morning baby. Damn. How come you always smell so good when you first wake up?” I ask her sniffing her neck.

  “It’s cause I always smell like you from the night before.” Well, shit. Smart ass.

  “Colin,” she whimpers as my tongue licks her neck. When my fingers make it to her tits, I swipe my finger back and forth across her nipples making sure to get them nice and hard. My other hand, itching for a chance to join the party, slides up her hip, dipping toward the promised land. I love that she opens for me automatically. I am about to tease her little bud and coax it out of its hiding place when my hand, full of her boob, pinches her nipple and she cries out.

  “Ouch! Holy hell that hurt.”

  “Shit baby. I’m sorry. I didn’t think I pinched it any harder than I usually do. Roll over. Let me lick it.” What? I am only a man. I roll her over and she jackknifes into the upright position.

  “Oh crap. Colin stay back. Don’t come any closer. I don’t want to throw up on you, babe.”

  “Do you need to go into the bathroom?”

  “Yes. But I feel like if I move right this second, I won't make it.”

  I am beginning to worry. She was fine last night when we went to bed. I am going over and over what we ate last night. Nothing out of the ordinary. I haven’t been around anyone who is sick and neither has she. Then it hits me.

  “Kim, when was your last period?” She looks at me in confusion at first and then the light bulb must hit her too. Her hand goes to her stomach and she smiles.

  “Colin. You think...”

  “Definitely not out of the question since we fuck like guinea pigs. Do you have like a lady doctor or some shit you can go to today?” She giggles at me like I am funny or some shit. Why is that humorous? She finally gets out of bed and makes it to the bathroom. After spending some time in there doing God knows what, she comes out, informs me she has an appointment in less than an hour and we hightail it out after getting dressed in record time.

  The car ride, waiting room and subsequent wait for the doctor after seeing the nurse were all designed to drive me out of my fucking mind. No wonder men lose their shit during these nine months. The waiting is for the birds.

  “Mr. and Mrs. Crank. Nice to meet you.” The doctor, casually referred to as Doctor Denise, shakes our hand as she comes into the room.

  “Your blood work will come in in a few days. But according to your pregnancy test, you are indeed expecting. Congratulations!!!”

  “Oh my God! Colin, we’re having a baby.” She looks at me with tears in her eyes and to be honest, I am holding mine at bay. I never thought I would find my life after all these years. Who knew I would have to rescue her, to find her?

  “Colin...babe you ok?” She sounds so concerned but still so happy. I look at her and her face is so lit up with elation and love. The tear I have been trying to hold in falls.

  “Yea baby. I am more than ok. Thank you!!! For giving me...everything. I love you so fucking much.” I hold her in my arms, saying a silent prayer to God for keeping her safe until it was our time.

  “Let’s go home and celebrate...Colonel.”

  “You don’t have to tell me twice.”

  Fuck, I love this woman.

  Eighteen months later

  After our son, Colin JR was born, I became even more insatiable for his cock. I'm not entirely sure what happened, but I want more and more babies. Finally, I am pregnant again and I can't wait to tell Colin. Dr. Denise informed me today that I am carrying twins this time. Twins run in my family, so I am not all that surprised.

  When I got home from the doctor, I made dinner and got CJ down for one of his many naps of the day. He still doesn't sleep through the night yet, only when he is sick. I am a stay at home mommy and my days are jam-packed. At night, I have taken to writing romance novels about hot mercenaries finding love. My second book is due out any day now and I am so excited for it to be in readers hands. I have my own devilishly handsome mercenary to fuel my words. I was shopping in Bleak one day and I stepped into Queen of Hearts Ink and met Kitty Monte-Q.

  Over the course of the elaborate tattoo of Colin's name on my left boob, we bonded and became friends. The damn tattoo took four hours to complete. Besides his name, it has roses and daisies around it. It’s a lot, really, but I love it.

  Every Tuesday night, Saffron and I do girls night with all the ladies in Bleak and Moosehead. We have begun assigning nights to ourselves so that we aren't always closing down Jethro's, the dive bar in Bleak, at three in the morning. There is so much breeding going on here, there was one point where not a single one of us could drink. That's when we decided on the new way. All in all, coming here with Colin has been the best.

  At promptly six-thirty I hear his truck pull up in the driveway. I run and greet him at the door.

  “Hey, baby. Are you okay? You look panicky and not in the cute way I adore. Is CJ okay?”

  “Yes. He’s sleeping. I have news. Big news. Come. I made dinner,” I say as he kicks off his boots.

  He follows me into the kitchen, and he helps me set the table.

  “So, what’s the news?” he asks before taking a bite of the lasagna I set down in front of him.

  “I am super excited, and I was going to wait, but I am pregnant again. Twins.” I grin.

  “That is wonderful news,” he says pulling me up from the table. His lips land on mine and I am lost to him.

  I don't know what my life would like right now if he hadn't been the one to find me and rescue me. There was something animalistic in the way I fell for him at first sight. I had to have him and thank fuck I got him. He's the very best thing that has ever happened to me. He owns me body and soul and I love that I own him too.
