My dick went rigid with his words. Fuck, I loved being ordered around. “Yes, sir.” I said with a grin.

Franz glared at me, “You said you wanted me to be your dom – stop grinning at me, you’re putting me off.”

I tried not to laugh but he looked so cute, all indignant in his mini skirt and lipstick, “Okay – but you know, it’s not easy to take you seriously when you’re still Britney Spears.” We’d been to the annual Studs and Steel fancy dress party for Christmas Eve and somehow Franz still managed to look as perfectly put together now as he had at the beginning of the evening.

There wasn’t a whole lot I could dress up as, given my size, so I’d gone as his minder and I was pretty sure he’d have been snapped up by some other lucky bastard if I hadn’t – he totally rocked the look...

He blinked and looked down at himself, “Oh, yeah.” He said, “Good point.” He grinned at me, “Looks like you’re having sex with a girl tonight – well, a girl with a dick, anyway.”

“Bring it on.” I murmured, still grinning at him.

  I knelt on the bed.

“Oh, yeah,” Franz murmured, dropping his skirt to the floor and grabbing my hips, “Come to daddy.”

He climbed onto the bed behind me and lined himself up.

I’d prepped myself for him even before we’d gone out – I was kind of hoping he might want to take me at the club but he’d wanted to dance and I was kind of on duty so I had to still stay by the doors. I watched him a lot though. He danced with Quentin, who was there with a couple of his other friends from uni, I recognised one of them as Jaime that he shared his house with. He was a cute little thing and he really got into his dancing. He was attracting quite a lot of attention, but he seemed completely oblivious to it all.

I couldn’t help noticing that Thai was dancing with Quentin quite a lot too – and with a bit of a lovesick look on his face. I wondered what was going on between them and I asked Franz on the way home if he knew.

His answer was pretty surprising, “Quentin won’t cheat on his partner – not even with the gorgeous dancer that’s quite obviously in love with him.”

I blinked, “How can you be so sure he won’t?” I asked, “they’ve got sizzling chemistry on that dance floor. How do you know he doesn’t feel the same way?”

He shrugged, “Because he loves Arthur.” He said, “And Arthur’s his partner.”

I frowned, “How old is this Arthur guy?” I knew my name was kind of out of date for my age, but Arthur really was a particularly old-fashioned name.

Franz grinned, “Are you ready for this?” he teased. I nodded, “He’s sixty three.”

My jaw dropped, “Fuck me!” I shouted.

“Here?” Franz asked with a grin.

As tempted as I was to drop my jeans right there in the foyer, I just winked, “Later, baby.” I said. “What the fuck does he see in a guy of sixty three?”

Franz shrugged “I don’t know.” He said, “Arthur’s a nice man. He looks after him. Apparently he took him in when he was homeless...” he shrugged, “I don’t really know all the gory details because Quentin didn’t seem to want to tell me – and I only know that from a very odd conversation we had one night when he was very drunk. Quentin keeps tight-lipped about their relationship – but I’m guessing he could do worse. Arthur’s a very wealthy businessman. He’s paid for Quentin to go to uni – and there’s no denying it – he’s got a very nice place to live. He lives in that massive house on the hill on the way into town.”

I nodded. Everything sounded just a little too good to be true. It made me wonder where the ‘but’ was in the whole thing...

“Well, I’d rather live in my little flat, with you.” I said, rubbing my nose against his, “Want to make it a more or less permanent arrangement?” I bit my lip wondering if I was pushing him into living with me too soon.

He stared at me, “Are you serious?” he asked, the corners of his mouth curving up in a delighted smile.

I nodded, “Yeah, I really am.”

  *

Oh, my God. I was in love with this guy, so much so that I’d almost asked him to marry me last night when we were making love.

He might see it as just awesome sex with him calling the shots – but for me it was perfection. I wanted him to tell me what to do in the bedroom forever...

There was just something about the way he ordered me around – almost as if he didn’t quite believe I’d do it – it was such a turn on – and I would do anything he asked me to do... Well, no – I wouldn’t want him inviting anyone else to bed with us – been there, done that. Never again. I liked Franz telling me what to do, but that particular experience had put me off threesomes for life.

Falling in love with Franz had also put paid to any ideas of threesomes – who seriously wanted to watch the man they loved being pounded by someone else anyway? Not me, that was for damned sure.

I think the problem, even then, was that I had feelings for the guy that had suggested the threesome. I should have just been honest and told him I loved him. But I was young and foolish and I’d allowed him to bamboozle me into his ‘great idea’. When I looked back, it was obvious that he fancied the other guy and it was just his way of finishing his casual relationship with me and starting one up with him. Not cool...

I really didn’t think Franz was like that, though. I was quite sure he loved me just the same as I loved him.

I drifted back off to sleep. It was still too early to wake him and give him his presents – presents that he might think were dorky and foolish... but, well, it was too late to worry about that now...

  Chapter 28 – Christmas Day

  Franz

I woke up and instantly knew it was a special day. My head felt a little fuzzy from the shots the night before but my body felt all tingly and in a really good way. That would have been the awesome sex...

I lay there and allowed my thoughts to drift as I revelled in the feel of Buzz’s warm body pressed up against me as he slept. His cock was hard and lined up between my butt cheeks, feeling pretty damned perfect. I couldn’t resist sidling back a little further.

  “Good morning,” he murmured.

I turned over instantly and pressed my cock against his, “Good morning.” I smiled.

Buzz’s eyes lit up, “Do you want your presents?”

I nodded excitedly. This was great. I hadn’t enjoyed a Christmas morning so much in years, which was a little sad since I had two brothers and a dad who I should have been able to enjoy Christmas with – we just didn’t.

Christmas at home for the last few years had been a pretty depressing affair if I’m honest. Dad tried his best to accept me but he failed pretty miserably – and my brothers didn’t even bother trying. They didn’t get me a present even though I always tried to choose them something each that I thought they would like. Yeah, I was a sap. Still trying to get them to love me even though it was pretty damned futile. At least I knew Dad loved me even if he was disappointed in the way I’d turned out – he always gave me a wad of money with a gruff, “Spend it wisely, son.”

Buzz touched my cheek, “Hey,” he said softly, “You were miles away there – everything okay?”

I blinked and nodded, “Uh, yeah.” I smiled at his concern, “I’m fine – I’m here with you instead of feeling sorry for myself at home with my family.”

Buzz’s smile stretched across his beautiful face, “Yeah, you are – and you’re gonna be spoiled rotten all fucking day.”

He hopped off the bed and hurried out of the room. He came back with a pile of boxes. My jaw dropped. Where the hell had he been keeping those?

I sat up. Wow! What the hell had he been buying?

He slid the first box towards me, “I want you to open this one first – since it was the most important one for me – well, that and your stocking, since they kind of go together.”

I narrowed my eyes at him, “Okay...”

He nodded behind me. I turned and saw a bright red and green Christmas stocking hanging up on my side of the bed. It had a red nosed reindeer face stitched on the front that was eyeing me beadily. I laughed, “That’s so fucking cute!” I crowed, “I have to get you one next year!”

Buzz grinned at me, “I’m gonna hold you to that.” He said happily and I think I realised right in that moment that I was deeply committed to this relationship with him. I was completely and utterly in love with him and I wanted to be with him forever. Well, that was obvious since my present kind of conveyed that...

I tore off the wrapping, which, incidentally had been absolutely beautifully wrapped... I blinked. Timberland? They were so expensive... I pulled the lid off the box to find the most beautiful pair of boots I’d ever seen. I pulled one out, “Oh, my God, Buzz – these must have cost a fortune.”

Buzz rolled his eyes, “It’s not about how much it cost – do you like them?”

I nodded, “I love them!” I exclaimed, pulling them both out of the box and placing them on the bed in front of me, “They’re gorgeous!”

Buzz grinned, “Good.” He pushed my stocking towards me, “Open the red wrapped present first, then.”

I thought I knew what it was going to be and I was right when a pair of bright red designer socks fell out. I grinned at Buzz, “Oh, my God – you are the best boyfriend!” I reached for him and gave him a big smacking kiss on the mouth, “Can I wear them now?”

He nodded, “Of course! And I want you to try your boots on too!”

I cocked an eyebrow, “Boxer shorts and boots?”

Buzz chuckled, “That was kind of the plan...”

He’d bowled me over with the Timberland boots, which were, in case you were interested, very comfortable and looked amazing. My next gift was even more incredible. He’d boug
ht me a coat. And it was a really lovely navy blue padded jacket with a fleecy lining and a furry hood. It was absolutely beautiful. “Oh, my God. Buzz.” I whispered. “You’ve totally spoiled me rotten – I haven’t spent anywhere near this much on you...”

He kissed me lovingly, “You’re a poor student with no money. I don’t expect you to buy me anything.”

I shook my head, “I need a job...” I muttered, “I’m such a let down...”

Buzz chuckled, “You walk around in threadbare plimsolls and a summer jacket with a hat and a scarf on and you think that’s adequate – it isn’t. I just bought you some practical stuff.” He went a little pink, “I’m not great at the fluffy stuff – I just wanted you to be warm and comfortable.” He shrugged.

I threaded my fingers through his, “I love everything you’ve bought me.” I said, “I love that you care so much about me that you got me all this lovely stuff – and there is no way I could have bought any of it for myself – so thank you, so much.” I leaned up and kissed him softly.

Buzz sighed against my mouth happily, “I love you.” He said.

I smiled, “I love you too. So much.” I leaned away, “Wanna open mine?”

He grinned and nodded, “I would love to.”

Feeling a little more confident since he’d just said he loved me, I scrambled off the bed and went over to get his gifts out of the drawer. Swallowing down my moment of panic that he’d hate the idea and never want to wear it I turned back to him.

I handed him the smallest box. The Kindle could wait...

He blinked and looked at me questioningly, “What is it?” he asked.

I grinned, “Why don’t you open it and find out?”

He nodded and tore off the paper. I held my breath. Would he freak out?

He stared at the small black velvet box and then back at me.

I was totally bricking it now. He looked terrified. “Open it.” I urged, “Please – if you totally hate the idea, I’ll take them back.”

He frowned and opened the box. Inside were two silver promise rings. He smiled as he saw what it was, “Promise rings?”

I nodded and shrugged a little self-consciously, “I thought it was a nice idea,” I mumbled, “What do you think?”

His smile widened, “I think they’re beautiful.” He said, “Can I put yours on you and you put mine on me?”

I nodded eagerly, “Of course,” I said holding out my right hand, “put it on!” I exclaimed.

Buzz frowned, “Is it right or left?” he asked, “What’s the correct protocol here?”

I shrugged, “I dunno – I just thought it shouldn’t be the left because that’s your engagement finger.”

He smiled, “Would it really matter? It’ll happen one day...” he coloured up, “Well, maybe... hopefully...”

I grinned and nodded, “I’m sure it will too.” I murmured as I watched him sliding the beautiful silver band onto my left hand instead.

I then put his on his finger. I was so glad I’d guessed the width of his finger correctly. I was pretty scared that I’d get it wrong.

“Fits perfectly.” Buzz murmured leaning in to kiss me, “I love it – thank you.”

I nodded, “We really are a perfect fit.” I agreed.

Buzz grinned, “When we get engaged – years away from now,” he winked, “We’ll be rich and we’ll be swapping them for platinum.”

I sighed happily, knowing that he was planning a future with me, “Whatever you wanna do, baby,” I said, snuggling into him, “Whatever you wanna do.”

  Chapter 29 – New Year

  Franz

As perfect as Christmas had been, there had still been the visit to my family looming on the horizon and if I’m completely honest, overshadowing it.

I circled the promise ring on my finger absently as I worried my lip with my teeth. I didn’t want to go. Did we have to go? Could I make up an excuse and then just go and see Dad at the office one day in the week when I was supposed to be at uni instead?

Buzz came up behind me. He’d been sitting in the lounge with his ear-buds in, listening to Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets on his Kindle and I hadn’t noticed him move. He wrapped me up in his massive arms, “Come on.” He said, “Spill. What’s up with you today?”

I turned in his arms and looked him in the eye, “I’m panicking.” I admitted, “I’m worried that they won’t like you and that they’ll make it obvious and make things really awkward for you.” All if this came out in a jumbled rush.

Buzz sighed, “Well, okay,” he said with a shrug, “and if they do – will you feel any differently about me?” His dark brown eyes looked into mine and I felt myself drowning in their depths.

I shook my head, “No,” I said softly, sliding my arms up and his neck and snuggling into his warmth, “Of course I won’t.”

He shrugged, a soft smile on his beautiful face, “Then what does it matter?” he asked.

Well, when he put it like that – I was clearly worrying over nothing. “You’re right – but please don’t hate me for their stupid homophobia, will you?” I bit my lip worriedly.

He smiled, “I could never hate you, you silly thing.” He said as he gathered me to him and hugged me.

  No. Of course he couldn’t...

  *

We arrived at my family’s home and I swallowed nervously as I looked up at the brand new front door that I’d never seen before. The last time I’d been home it was an old PVC door that had seen better days. This one was still PVC but it was a smart black, wood-look door with chrome door furniture. I reached up and used the knocker, since there didn’t seem to be a doorbell installed.

I heard Dad telling Gumdrop to stay and then seconds later the door opened and I found myself staring up into the face of my father. Holy shit. He was frowning...

“Dad.” I forced a smile, “Happy New Year.”

He smiled back at me, his eyes flickering towards Buzz who was stood behind me. “Yeah, Happy New Year, son.”

I stepped inside, tugging on Buzz’s hand to make sure he followed me inside, “This is Buzz – he’s my boyfriend.”

Dad stuck his hand out and smiled, “Good to see you, Buzz.” He said, “My name is Hans. Come on in.”

I shot Buzz a slightly startled look. Dad was being so reasonable...

Before I followed Dad into the lounge – and no, it wasn’t all about putting off the inevitable of having to introduce Buzz to my homophobic brothers, I headed for the kitchen. I just had to go and see Gumdrop.

She was desperately pawing against the kitchen door and I felt exactly the same way about seeing her too. “Oh, hello my little sweetheart.” I gathered her up in my arms and she wriggled and licked my face and whimpered with excitement at seeing me again, “This is my boyfriend, Buzz. Say hello to him.”

I held her out to Buzz, who looked utterly delighted with her and took her off me to have a cuddle with her too.

Gumdrop was beside herself with the attention being lavished on her. She let out a little yelp, making Buzz laugh. “She really did say hello!” he said, smiling at me with shining eyes.”

I nodded, “Isn’t she adorable? I can just imagine her and Zac running around the park together...” I bit my lip. Buzz might not want another dog around the house.

But I needn’t have worried. He was nodding along with me, “That would be great!” he said enthusiastically, “They can totally keep each other company.”

I nodded, “Definitely.” I agreed, “So can we take her home with us?”

He nodded, “If your dad doesn’t mind...”

I grinned. Of course Dad wouldn’t mind. Eduard would be pissed off but he could go and buy himself his own damned dog if he wanted one...

I walked into the lounge in a slightly more buoyant mood. I knew it couldn’t last... It wasn’t Dad that brought me down – he was fine all evening. No. It was Eduard that was the problem. The most homophobic twat that had ever walked the planet...

He looked up from his iPad and sneered as soon as he saw that I was with a guy, “Well, it’s easy to see which one’s the taker and which one’s the giver.” He muttered with a stupid grin on his face, “Beauty and the Beast anyone?”

I felt Buzz stiffen slightly at my side and I squeezed his hand. As I looked around the lounge, with the stale odour of beer and sweat hitting my nostrils, I wanted to turn right back around, dragging Buzz behind me and running back to our own wonderful, fresh-smelling home.
